Finally some more progress on the 90. I was on a test trip for a couple of weeks out in AZ so it was nice to get back home and work on the car. Although the weather was better two weeks ago than it was this weekend! Working this weekend with the garage door open was a bit chilly.

Got the rear subframe all put together. Solid AL bushings from 034. 034 motorsports side diff mounts and delrin rear diff mount. Got the subframe cleaned up and painted as well. Went back in nice and smoothly. Should be much more tight responsive than before! The diff looks really dirty after I cleaned everything else up. The plan is to put in a clutch pack style diff like what Christian runs in his coupe from 034 motosports so I didn't bother cleaning the diff up. The diff is around 3 grand though, so it will be put in after the car gets some miles put on it.

Its way too small, a much bigger one that is adjustable will be going in at some point.

Well, compared to what Castle runs on the coupe, that sway would be an upgrade.

What sway bar are you guys looking at? Its not attached to the subframe in those pictures. The rear is really tiny, much smaller than the front. I'm on another test trip for two weeks or I would take a picture to compare.

yes but you have mounts on your subframe to accept a swaybar.  My coupe is lacking in that department hence me being jealous.

Time for some updates. Picked up some s2 hubs and a quick steering rack. Have also been doing lots of cleaning as I wait for more parts.

5 Lugs will be coming out to replace the bearings

Engine bay is finally grime free

Rocker panels gone and some temp paint to prevent rust and my trusty assistant who mainly just eats whatever I drop on the ground.

Struts about ready to send off to 034 motorsports for the KW variant 3 setup

Trans is so fresh and so clean
