Auto Leveling HID Issue
« on: December 03, 2013, 02:40:03 PM »

I haven't had the chance to actually look at the head light, but I have noticed something wrong with the passenger side headlight. I have a B6 05 A4 1.8T USP. When head lights are in the auto position, only the driver side moves. The passenger side light is stuck in the down position. Is this a common issue? Is this an easy fix? Is there anything I should be looking for, when I go to take the head light out?

Since one works and the other does not, the auto level sensor would seem to be OK.   If you have access to a VAG Com I would try to check for faults.  If that didn't pan out I would take the headlight apart and see if it's wiring.   Then just try and get put the broken headlight in a level position and then aim it with the adjustment screw.   Unelss you want to buy a new headlight that is...
