Decided I'd try Francois' suggestion and went to Quality Calipers in Ferndale.  They called me back in 4 hours to come pick up the caliper.  $30 with new piston, clips and boots!  AND, for $5 they had the anti-rattle clips and spring for the rear calipers.  :)
