Out of work and have to sell

2003 Audi TT Quattro Coupe
1.8L 225 with 6 speed manual
c. 107,000 miles

This is my all time favorite car and it kills me to have to sell it but I have no choice. I thought I would list it here early before I put it on a more public site so that hopefully it lands in good hands.
I purchased the car in 2006 with 27,000 miles on it. It was an Audi Certified preowned vehicle. All of the 10,000 maintenance upgrades were performed and also it has had any and all recalls updated as of March 2010.
There are a few dings that I will post photos of when I have a chance to take them. Additionally there are only a couple minor things that are not working on the vehicle. The removable flap that is part of the tailgate that covers the trunk area has a broken attachment point. The flocked carpet that is on the spare tire, trunk cover is worn. The driver seat has a spot that is worn from ingress egress. The temp gage just quit working and the hazard light button needs to be reset in the scussion as it pushed through (hard to explain, will have to see photos).
The car did have a failure of the differential that ended up requiring that the whole transmission be replaced. This was a very costly repair done by Audi of Rochester Hills but has worked perfectly since. At the same time, I had them install a new Clutch Masters FX 100 clutch with lightened steel flywheel. The flywheel really helped reduce turbo lag but it has the usual lightened flywheel down side of chatter noise at idle. I replaced the front brakes about 20,000 miles ago with Hawk Precision Ceramic Pads and Powerslot rotors. I have not replaced the timing belt but I was told by ARH that it was done before they sold it to me at 27K. While the transmission work was being performed, I also has ARH replace any front end components including CV boots that appeared to be showing any wear.
The car has only seen synthetic oil its complete life and only premium fuel while I have owned it.
I did have a colleague at work run into the front fender in our work parking lot a few years ago which was only minor damage and was very nicely repairs by Autometric in Royal Oak.
The car currently has Goodyear Eagle F1 tires 235/45-17. They have plenty of tread but are beginning to have vibration. Not sure if this can be corrected by balancing or not. I also have a pair of 225/45-17 Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 winter tires with approximately 5000 miles that I will throw in.
I'm in an unfortunate situation where I need to get rid of this car very quickly. I will list the car publicly next week but wanted to put it up here in case anyone is interested and we can at least start some conversation or you can come take a look at the car.
As far as price, I will price it for sale at $8900.00 but of course that is very flexible and ultimately, the car will go to the highest offer.
Please feel free to message or email me with any questions and I will have more detailed photos to post next week.

PS: Ignore the Lavery plate frame. i had one of the 10,000 mile updates done there and they took my ARH frame off and replaced it with theirs!!!!
