Props to Audi of Rochester Hills.
« on: March 07, 2007, 01:15:49 PM »
I want to report an extremely positive experience at Audi of Rochester Hills.

My 2006 A4 2.0TQ M Premium was approaching 19K miles on its 2 yr,  10K/yr  with 6 months left to go.

At Aaron's recommendation (Thanks Aaron), I went to see Elie Daher at AofRH.

Elie worked with me for the day and was very patient with me as we explored all of the options.
At the end of the process Elie was able to find me an 07 A4 2.0TQ with Premium, Convenience, Tech, Xenons and Blue Tooth for 3Yrs, 15K/yr for the same as I was paying on the prior lease

Being pressed for time myself Elie was able to have the car ready to go that evening by 7:30 as promised

Elie Thank you very much for the extremely good service, for delivering the car when requested and for an overall positive experience.

It gets better

The next day when I went to start the car it was idling very rough, the RPM's were jumping, seemed like it was firing on two cylinders.  I tried letting idle for about two minutes, switched off and tried the process two more times.  -  I called Elie.

Within 30 minutes Elie personally showed up to look at the car.  Of course it started right up with no issues LOL, but I was very impressed that he came in person to help me out.

Once again - Thanks to Audi of Rochester Hills for the positive experience - especially to Elie for the top notch sales service.

- Sam

Ps.  Thanks also to Aaron for helping me work the numbers and make a decision :  )

Pete - It shows the right people are super important  -  Elie iDaher is an asset to AofRH
Rishi - Sorry that you couldn't make it Sunday -

Jaustin - I took advantage of a lease offer that ended March 5'th (talk about good timing).
1250 at signing, 453/mo for 3 years, (15k miles per year), the A4 is the cheapest thing you can lease at Audi due to residuals.

Leasing makes sense only if you write it off as an expense.  It's leased under my business.
