yesterday after work my date and i headed out (6:30 p.m.) to soaring eagle to meet up with the rest of my friends and my dad at the siniikaung steak house. the drive up there wasnt too bad. on the way back the roads were really bad but i managed the whole trip back and made it back to my parents at 4:15 a.m. (left the eagle 1:15). if i had the firestone 710 tires on there i more then likely wouldnt taken the journey back.

Do you see now what we have been saying all along about how great those tires are,  Lots of grip when you need it and lots of control even when you want to slide around.  I just made a trip up north that takes 3:45 in the summer this time we had some slush, wet road, ice, and packed snow.  I made it in 4:05 with no white knuckles.  You have finally made the best winter mod to a quattro you can make and you will wonder why you have not had winter tires for your other Audis.  Have fun!!!

So happy I got my winter wheels and tires last week. Last night the roads were a mess, but no issues or scares- other than worrying someone else will hit me.
