I don't get the A4 with the rusty hood.   I'm not sure why people would pay money for rust....

A quick search for Opels didn't turn anything up.

Looks like a late 60's early 70's Opel Rekord C or Rekord sprint?

Looks like an Early 70's Mercury Capri. Much different than the one for the U.S. Market.

After I sold my S4, I had the pleasure of doing European Delivery of my new 335 diesel in May.  It wasn't my first time to Munich, but I did enjoy the factory tour this time around.  I thought the Mercedes museum in Stuttgart was more impressive than the BMW museum.  The Welt delivery center was nicer than Mercedes' delivery center.

I got to look through Audi's, but the factory wasn't open on my other trip over to Ingolstadt.  Interested in hearing your review of that.  Enjoy your time over there.

It's an Opel Rekord C Coupe from 1969  - obviously with some mods in the engine area. The '68 and '69's were as close in look to American Muscle cars as you can imagine - with Opel being a GM subsidiary -- but with much smaller engines, of course.
