*SOLD*

1985 Audi 4000s quattro
2.2 5 cylinder
Odometer is suck at 172,XXX can't guess at actual mileage

I've had this for 2 or 3 years, it's mostly been parked and not driving.
the only thing keeping it off the road was a vacuum leak. Runs good now for the most part, in the morning it hesitates a little under acceleration until it warms up.

Putting it back together over the last couple weeks it's gotten a full tune up, plugs, wires, cap rotor, air filter. It has new front brakes. One of the two trans mounts, still needs the other one. Alternator and belt, cheapo radio. Most of the other stuff I've fixed has been little things like the door handles, only the drivers handle worked, now they all do. Fixing the emergency brake. Getting the cruise control to work. Headlight wiring issue, and interior/dash lighting. And tracking down little trim pieces for the outside.

The paint is OK, rust is starting to sneak around here and there, I've tried to keep it touched up to keep from spreading. There are two good size dents on the driver rear fender. There is a hole in the hood right above the passenger headlight.

It needs a few things. It needs strut mounts all the way around. The sunroof vents but doesn't go back, also it leaks if it's not closed exactly right. The rear windows RARELY work. The rear wheel bearings are making noise. The power locks work on and off, they usually lock but not unlock. When starting the car you need to push the key in hard while you turn it for it to start.

This thing is an monster in the snow and pretty fun to drive considering it's age. I get more looks and comments on this car than any other that I've driven. Doesn't burn or leak any oil. It's been lowered on H&R sports as well.
I'm new to the forum, Francois told me to post here if MIVE didn't work out.

$1500 obo pretty firm
