Motor City Avants
« on: June 25, 2010, 02:03:34 PM »
I've seen a few rolling around town... thought I'd try to put some names to the cars... so far I've seen a Red B8 Avant fairly stock but very clean and a Silver B6 A4 Avant w/ exhaust lowered on Rotiform BLQ's...

I've seen a few clean ones too lately. Saw a black B6 S4 avant the other day, with suspension and wheels.
I'm stocky.

Anyone like them enough to want to work on one, or know a mechanic who would? :)

Agreed - GMW.
The Red Wagon is pretty clean right now too... Just spent a full day on it starting with a wash and clay bar, then Griot Garage #1 polish, then #2, #3, then finished with NXT polymer sealant. There's still little scratches in it, but for 9 years and 95k, she looks pretty good.

You'll find me almost everywhere.......

Howell is home, Pontiac is work and church is in Plymouth......so you'll find a tinted C4 A6 black/black anywhere in between, plus Troy area for the in-laws.    With all the driving I do during the week, we change it up on the weekends, so backroads to all the places mentioned and anywhere in between is where you might see me :-)

Could have been me.

We should have an Avant G2G sometime soon before the end of summer. Somewhere on Woodward?

That was probably me. I'm usually going to work from Clarkston to Troy (I-75 or Woodward).
