Today jaustin (Jesse) and I headed out to Ada so I can buy the UrS6 Avant which I talked about briefly here. It has 238,xxx miles and 1 cylinder with low compression. I did buy a spare AAN motor that I plan on building up to replace the current motor. Its Europa Blue with Platinum interior.

Here is a run down on what upgrades were added by the previous owners (there might be more but this is all that I can think of this moment).
~ RS2 turbo and manifold
~ Lehmann stage 1 chipset with 2.5 bar PT *replaced with MRC RS2 chipset w/VMAP set @ 3 bar*
~ Koni shocks and ABT springs
~ Custom aftermarket stereo system
~ BBS RC wheels *sold*
~ S6+ big brake kit
~ ABT rear muffler *sold*

Here is my plans for the Avant (not in any particular order).
~ Euro headlights *done*
~ HID kit *done*
~ Right Click Switchblade Keyless Entry click here if you wanna buy 1 for yourself *done*
~ 6 speed tranny
~ Get the wood trim redone in piano black *swapped out the wood trim to carbon fiber instead*
~ Rebuild the spare AAN motor *rebuilt the spare head and its currently on the avant*
~ Stromung exhaust *done*
~ Have the whole avant repainted
~ Clear corner lights *done*
~ FMIC *Treadstone Performance TR1035 core. need to piece the rest together*
~ Install my S6+ taillight center piece from my UrS4 *done*
~ Install my BBK from my UrS4
~ Black interior swap *only did black seats and like the 2 tone look*
~ Upgrade power *now running with MRC RS2 chipset w/VMAP set @ 3 bar*
~ Upgrade ignition system *done*
~ Upgrade the clutch *waiting to be installed*

Here is a few pics that I took.

jaustin's B6 A4 avant and my UrS6 avant @ Applebee's.

I'm going to get this rust fixed asap and get the "rings" reinstalled.

BBS RC *sold*

Spare AAN motor that I'm going to build up. *rebuilt*

Here is some bio of me getting into the Audi scene. back in 2003 i was looking to buy a car that i could drive year round. a friend of mine told me to get a awd car. i did a search on autotrader and came across a 98 Audi A4. it had everything that i was looking for, awd, a 5 speed, leather, power windows and locks, sunroof and cruise control. i headed out to grand rapids to take the car for a test drive and fell in love with it right away cause it felt solid and looks great. so i ended up buying that car and it became my very 1st Audi ever. click here to see what i've done with it during my ownership.

During my ownership of that car another friend told me about audiworld.com and i signed up. i quickly learned that i should've about a A4 with the 1.8t motor since there is WAY more power upgrades over the V6 motor. oh well i made due with what i had. also during this ownership i became interested in the older Audi cars especially in the Audi Coupe Quattro. i saw 1 in the wild at our local dealership and thought to myself i must have one cause i love how it looks.

i did some research on the Audi CQ and found out that its pretty rare and that really sparked my interest in buying one. i test drove 1 in grand rapids and test drove 1 that was in waterford. i ended up buying the 1 in waterford because it already had alot of mods that i would do if i bought one completely stock. click here to see what i've done with it during my ownership. not long after i bought CQ i ended up selling my A4 because i quit driving it. after i sold the A4 i wanted to buy another Audi so can focus on restoring the CQ.

i began my search for new daily driver and came across a 93 Audi UrS4 near chicago. i took the money i had from selling my A4 and drove out to chicago to check out the UrS4 and looked it over and was shocked how clean it was and bought it. i quit driving my CQ cause it had a nagging issue trying to start. plus i fell in love with this UrS4 because it was faster then the CQ, had WAY more comfortable seats and felt way more solid. the only problem that i ran into with my ownership of this car is that it was way to clean to drive it in the winter. i didnt drive this car in the winter and was going to use my CQ as a winter beater but that never happend cause of the stupid starting issue. click here to see what i've done with it during my ownership.

during the ownership of both the CQ and UrS4 i couldnt afford to keep both cars so i decided to sell both of them. before i sold both cars i came across a 95 Audi UrS6 avant and i wanted it cause i fell in love with Audi avants and always wanted one.

so here is my project page of my current Audi and i want to keep this on the road as long as i can because its everything i need in a vehicle.

Great color.  Good job on the spare motor too!  I can't wait to see that car when it's finished.  Good luck!
