i tried to access the site on my verizon xv6700 (same as sprint version basically) which is running some form of mobile IE - and the results are....
weak -- the site is useable and browseable, but it sure isnt polished and most of the display is broken

i remember reading somewhere that i could get a special plugin that would basically send a stripped version of the site to mobile phones (which makes it the easiest on small keyboards and screens) -- i'll have to find it and see if i can get something like that working

It definitely isn't broken up on my Blackberry.  Though, it is really stripped down.  You can't see any graphics, it is just text.  In a way, I like the simplified version, because it cuts through all of the crap.  I also notice that it indicates when you send from a mobile phone in the upper right hand corner of the post!  How cool is that?

I have to say this here:

Tim has gone above and beyond and exceeded every expectation you may have for customer service.
He's put up with endless questions from me and helped me out every time -

Tim - you're the man.  If you're looking for Verizon service talk to him.
