Sorry for all the downtime guys.
I'm still getting things fixed and reinstalling the theme.
It was a perfect storm of graduation, moving for a summer job, and my brother not being able to get to the server quickly that kept things down.
MCA is now on a new server. This is one I pay for, not my personal server. At the very least this means email notifications should all be working. I'm going to test it shortly.
