much more fun to drive than watch.  when you drive the 'Ring, one important lesson I learned.  If spectators are gathered at a certain corner, slow down, as I relized this going sideways through the gravel trap :)

I would LOVE to go to Germany sometime and drive it.

This past summer would have been PERFECT!!

World Cup + 'Ring driving =  :love4: :love4:

But how does it work if your visiting... rent a car?

I think I need to go to K2K and do some lap time on waterford hills though before I go!

From what I'm to understand, yes you can rent a car if you're visiting from outta town.  Keith (Nurburgringer) would be the most knowledgeable in this department.  He's driven all sorts cool cars around that track. 

The Nurburgring is one of my destinations in life.

awesome vid! i finally got time to watch it. i really never paid attention that some of the race tracks on gran turismo 3 a-spec and gran turismo 4. so who wants to take me there?

If you wan to see the Ring ripped at full throttle I suggest watching Derek Bell's in car 956 DVD. Wicked....6 min lap!!!!

I sell that dvd here  at the store if  you're interested  in it.   I should have a restock on Friday.  Just sold the last one around 1 today.
