1st mr2


the mr2 i have now uses the same drivetrain and suspension. but in a completely stock looking shell. tis my sub 2000lbs sleeper.

a corrado, used to be owned by a vortex member, forget his name though.


and an mgb i restored in highschool

i have alot of experience with british sports cars(specifically mg and triumph) and some rolls/bentley work( i used to work at a shop that specialized in it). if anyone needs any help or advice on restoration/maintenance work let me know

I like your choices.  They're unique.  I'd like to try my hand at some sheet metal work sometime...

But, owning Italian cars builds character as well...  or just opportunities to try new anger managment techniques.  I have found most anger management techniques to not be quite up to the task of owning and Italian car...    ;D

i love italian cars. just don't have the time/money for them.  i'd liek to do a gtv with a toyota 20v 4age motor someday.

British cars are the best if you want a good engineering laugh.
I've two TR6's...funny to ready the factory service procedures.

It's a little known fact, but the Brits tried to get into the personal laptop computer business. Problem was they couldn't find a way make them leak oil.  ;D

I remember my dad saying that the wiring in one of his TR6's was all one color.

yep, all black.  from the factory they touched the tip of each wire with a different color paint. after years of corrosion its easy to understand why the wiring is confusing when you can't tell which wire is which. luckily theirs not many wires.
