I had a good experience at Mike Fox VW on Rochester Road.
Long time ago though so no contacts

williams auto world has a cool guy on the sales floor.  Always very welcoming, and knowledge about what he sells.  Forgot his name tho, but i can find out if u want.

my ex had a great experience with Fox in Rochester.
we went to Suburban after checking Fox to have another quote and had the usual BS from the sales peoples.
I forgot the salesman at Fox but he gave her a discount on the lease since i owned a vw. Suburban told us there were no such discount available! ( that's when we walked out since we had already talked to the salesman at Fox) lease was $40.00 cheaper a month at Fox than Suburban!
she had a small issue with the car and they took care of it under warranty in no time at all.
good service! and Ron is a great guy!

yeah, Fox seems like a pretty good store.  had a former business contact @ the Toyota store a while back and there staff was cool.   don't touch livonia with a 10-ft pole.

I had a good experience with Vyletel VW in Sterling Heights when shopping for my mom's Eos. No experience yet on the service side.

I spoke to a salesperson on the phone at Williams VW, and they were very helpful, but ultimately didn't have a car available with the desired options.

The salesman I talked to at Suburban was extremely arrogant, pushy, and had a disgusting amount of nose hair. The nose hair alone counted for 2 strikes, the third was he was quoting numbers much higher than I'd gotten elsewhere, on a car that I specifically stated I wasn't interested in. That visit to Suburban was just as unpleasant as any other stop I have made there in the last few years. I will not be returning there again.
