John R AutoGlass

This is long overdue, but I want to give props where props are due.

I had a large crack in the sedan and a chip in the Avant.  I called John R and not only did they get me in the next day, they came to my house to do both vehicles at the same time.  Saved me two round trips out to their shop.

Very professional outfit.  Nice, clean truck (inside and out), loaded with the essentials.  The were at my place for about an hour, replaced the windshield on the A4 with the OEM windshield, and did a great job patching up the chip on the Avant.  I was really pleased with the work and professionalism.

Best part is they participate with my insurance so everything was taken care of.

I highly recommend them.

I agree, Mike has done a few of our vehicles and they are probably one of the best in town.

I have a habit of cracking windshields in the first 30 days of owning a car, so Mike helped me out many times, and NEVER a complaint.

I still gotta do mine, but I'm not sure if my insurance covers it...

P.S.  Chris's avatar gives me bad dreams.
