I'm just amazed that Carlos is silent during all this.

There are sometimes in life when you need to "remain silent". Think about it.

Carlos fell off the face of the earth, called him, and nobody picked up.  Haven't seen him post either.  The kids must be driving him crazy. lol

One or two good people at Suburban can't make up for bad stuff cultivated by the management.  There are many good individuals who work at dealerships but it's a strange business that has been slow to respond to the needs of its customers.  We all know how we'd like to be treated while buying and after the sale, but for some reason dealers put policies into place and create cultures that prevent this from happening.  The best you can do is find yourself a salesperson and/or a service advisor who treat you the way you want to be treated, and be loyal to them.  Make sure they know to call you when they leave and if they switch brands, have them recommend their replacement.
