i finally fixed all the broken pix in this thread. sorry that it took me soooo long to do so. anyways my CQ is just sitting in the driveway at my parents house just collecting dust and rotting away :'( . for some odd reason the CQ decided to have this annoying starting issue that Jim spent months trying to figure out with no luck. i picked it up and its been sitting since. here's the link to its starting problem it has. the CQ does run but it may take 10-30 key cycles to start the damn thing :BangHead:

i now came to a point where i'm starting to struggle financially and i need to unload both my dearly loved CQ and my 93 UrS4 :'( if i could sell my UrS4 1st that would help me tremendously and i might be able to keep my CQ.

:'( today was a sad day for my CQ. Jim came up and took her away to be put up on the chopping block  :'( .

she had a stupid hard to start issue and i've neglected her badly by letting her sit outside to rot away. about a month ago i got her started and took her for a spin and blew the clutch line :BangHead: at this time of my life i cant afford to keep 2 project cars. i need to find a better paying job! i sold off the upgraded parts before Jim took her away.

some day in the future i'll buy another CQ when i can afford to keep 2 cars. i'll be looking for a rust free one when the time comes

Cool will do . . . What was the issue that grounded your coupe? I understand it was a starting issue, but did you ever find the reason?

Thats a bummer Speedy.  Old Audis are a hard breed to keep running sometimes.

its still a mystery. its a shame it ended that way :'(

the biggest issue that really bugged me was how rusty it was

yes it is. sometimes its true unfortunally. as of right now i just cant afford to keep 2 cars but 1 day i will buy another cq with less rust, hopefully no rust. or i should wait for the 25 year rule and import a s2 coupe 8)
