so your looking to get a car that isn't old enough to easily import into the US and was never offered here.  hmm, that could prove tough.

I understand that.  I'm just not sure you can get the S6 Plus to the States to drive legally. DOT has real problems with cars brought over that weren't available here if they're under 20-25 years old. Just don't want you to have a great big Headache  ;D

Once the Dollar is worth some Kroner...right now I only get 5.60 dkk for each US$...that makes one liter of fuel about $2.. which is between $7 and $8 per gallon...
I'll wait until the exchange rate is about 7.50 per dollar  ;)

Three different pics -- three different sets of wheels.  But, yes, those last ones are Porsche.  First appear to be Borbets and the second ones Audi.

The UrS6 was only available with a V8 in Europe.  Importing one legally into the US would be extremely cost prohibitive.  In 2010 you could get one into Canada because their expemption law for imports is 15 years old not 25 like the US.

If you want a car that looks like that and has that much power (or much more) buy a UrS6 with the turbo 20v 2.2L and swap in a bigger turbo.  400whp can be had for in the neighborhood of $10k in mods.  You can also buy all the S6+ body parts from Europe and bolt them on to a US UrS6.

Blondie,

the plus is a great model and the V8 is a grand engine, but I got to tell you your URS4 has way more potential.  you can add every cosmetic option from the plus to your S4, (I have the S6plus front end on my 95 S6).  a chip itself can put our near the same hp as the plus, and don't forget how it feels when the turbo spools.

but you could turbo the v8 and well that would be sweet

Theta Tau 87 i am not planing to import the car to the US, i live in denmark/europa so that not a problem  see earlyer in this tread...

its not the power only i am looking for, its the hole concept on the S6 plus.

first: that it only made in 855 cars
second: the equipment that comes standart, it will cost a lost to buy and fit on my UrS4

and i have tryed the turbo engine on my UrS4 i have now, so now i want to try the V8

i know all this and it has cross my mind to keep the UrS4 and make it more wild than it all ready is ( i have chip,RS2 manifold,no kat) so now im driving with 280Hp /420Nm.

but i takes a lot off work and many money, and still its not a real S6plus.
And yes i will for sure miss my TURBO when i hits 1,5 bar....

but but i have tryed that and want something new.
maybe i will regret and sell it again for a turbo but then i have tryed it.

plans is if its not fast/wild enough for me to mont a comperssor an it. like the mercedes/kleeman   ;D

i live in denmark/europa

In that case I say go for it!  Owning an authentic S6+ would be awesome.  In the US we have to settle for just bolting on the cosmetic pieces.  Swaping in a V8 or importing a real S6+ or V8 UrS4/6 would be way more cost and troble than it would be worth since the 20v turbo is such a good engine for modifications.

Good luck in finding a nice one.  Be sure to send us some pics if you do buy one.  :)
