most painful customer service ever
« on: December 11, 2006, 08:27:07 PM »
I read about this and my buddy just linked me the actual call.
This is possibly the most painful thing i've ever heard.

This guy was quoted .002 CENTS per kilobyte and he was charged .002 DOLLARS per kilobyte but the CSR's blatantly tell him they dont see any difference.

Tim this is a sad day for verizon.

I'm sorry, 4 minutes into it and I'm ready to pull my hair out.  ??? Thank goodness I trimmed it so short -- harder to get a grip on it that way. UNBELIEVABLE!!

OMG!  At least they are pleasant about it.  When I had Sprint and had issues they would get rather violent verbally toward me.

omg, at 16min when the girl comes on it gets ridiculous!! She needs to go back to skool.

It shoud only be "cents". That doesn't make sense. You are on the unlimited plan, correct?

Hah, thank god that wasn't me.  That was some guy who runs an online comic -- he just got so frustrated he posted the call.

That is some messed up shit!  Oh well, I have nothing to do with it.  I see what the dude is saying though.  The terminology is definitely messed up.
