Coils went out again and...

I took my car to the dealer down the street from me in FH. Anyways... I was impressed with the improvements that they have made, are attempting to make, and the new service maneger they had last Oct/Nov. However... come to find out... the service dept have new maneger, new advisors, new techs, and new porters. It was less than 6-months ago when I went there... They have changed their crews like 2, 3-times in less than a year... it makes me uneasy to step to a service dept and drop off the car... Change is necessary, and is good... but... 2-3 times a year??? dunno 'bout that...

Most employees and employers have no loyalty to one another anymore, hence mass changeover in the work force.

Sometimes change is good-Look at me I made the best move in my career by moving to Portland,I have the best crew out here. So give those guys a chance at Farmington. ;)

Vinny-I have been really busy. I bought a new house finally after 10 months of being here. My Service departments have been so busy I am running three service departments-I am having so much fun out here-I also have been going to the /ocean every weekend and doing landscaping at my new house,and I am spending more time with my wife and my daughter than I ever have life is awesome in the Pacific Northwest-I will be posting more now that I have some time-I do miss everybody back there on this board and my friends as well. ;D ;) ::) :icon_rr: :wave: :wav: :tongue3: :hello2: :thumbsup: :grommit:

I'm doing great. It's nice to hear they gave you all the service departments. I knew you'd whip them into shape out there. The beast is running just fine. If you are ever back out this way be sure to stop by for a drive.
